Geeta Canabar, is a post graduate in Commerce (M Com), Law graduate (LLB) and Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS). She is in practice since 2009. She is expert in the fields of Corporate Laws, Foreign exchange laws, Audits under listing guidelines and SEBI Regulations and also looks after the daily compliances under the Companies Act 2013 and LLP Act 2008.
